When Massetts Road Dental came to us, they were looking for a fresh, user-friendly website that truly reflected the heart of their practice—its amazing team. They wanted something that would make it easy for patients to navigate, book appointments, and get to know the wonderful people behind the clinic. Our task was clear: redesign the site to put the patient experience and the staff at the forefront, while keeping it simple, modern, and welcoming.
Our Approach to the Redesign
Simplifying the Navigation
The first thing we focused on was making the website super easy to use. We streamlined the navigation so that anyone visiting the site—whether they’re new to the clinic or a regular—could find what they’re looking for within a couple of clicks. Important actions, like booking an appointment or reading about treatments, are always right in front of the user, no matter what page they’re on.
Putting the Team in the Spotlight
The team at Massetts Road Dental are the stars of the show, so we made sure their ‘Meet the Team’ section really shines. Each team member now has a dedicated space where their expertise and personalities come through, with professional photos and friendly bios that highlight both their qualifications and their approach to patient care. This was all about building a connection and trust with patients before they even step into the clinic.
Making Appointments Easier Than Ever
A big part of the redesign was making the appointment booking process smooth and stress-free. We added a ‘Book an Appointment’ button that follows users wherever they go on the site, so they’re never more than a click away from scheduling. Plus, the booking form itself is quick and easy to fill out, saving time for both patients and the clinic’s staff.
The Result
Since the new website launched, Massetts Road Dental has seen a noticeable boost in online appointment bookings, and patients are loving how easy it is to navigate and get the information they need. The ‘Meet the Team’ section has become a key feature, with lots of positive feedback from patients saying they feel more connected and reassured even before they arrive for their first visit.
